Clean rooms, helpful staff, excellent location in the heart of the city. the hotel provided a good breakfast and the barista-made coffee was a great touch. the accommodation was beautiful and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay during my business trip.

Parking is a bit of a hassle, especially if you arrive by car. Finding a spot in the pedestrian area can be difficult, although the staff does go out of their way to help.

Spacious hotel in old town, upgraded to balcony room with high ceiling, great location near restaurants and bars. Specially designed theme rooms, helpful staff, a la carte breakfast. Beautifully renovated building, well-appointed and clean rooms with different themes. Lovely staff, perfect location for exploring old town. Decent breakfast options, street-facing restaurant with small balcony.

The service is excellent, including 24-hour reception, room service, and laundry facilities. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, featuring flat-screen TVs, mini-bars, and in-room safes. Plus, the breakfast is delicious, offering a continental spread with a variety of options.

Despite being located in the heart of the old town, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful it was inside the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The daily room cleaning service was exceptional, making my room feel like a luxurious haven every day. Although I didn't dine at the hotel's restaurant, I did enjoy a lovely cup of coffee there. I couldn't recommend this hotel more to anyone visiting the city.
